"I have had nothing but issues with your platform. First off after loading money into my account to buy Bitcoin I am notified that it has to sit 72 hours. That's fine I understand for security. At hour 66 of that 72 hours someone was able to hijack my wallet. I immediately contacted support and after 24 hours and 3 emails from me I got contacted back support asked me to setup a new wallet under a different email and certain information to prove my identity. I have yet to here back from them. ..."

"Tic# 3435759 I had to write another one because there is no edit review. Support said will get back shortly. That was at 4:45a. It"s now 11:45am. The bottom line is this app has many glitches and the retail investor will pay for all the loss. All my transactions says failed but then 3k is taken from my bank account. but Blockchain acct doesnt show it. then only 500 shows pending last 3 days & while messaging support live. app crashes or says no server connection. 5x then makes u log back in."
